What to Expect
When you reach out, you'll receive a response within two business days. If there's potential alignment, we'll schedule a 30-minute exploratory conversation.
This conversation isn't a sales pitch. It's a genuine exploration of whether we're a good fit to work together. I'll ask about what brought you here and share honestly whether I think I can be helpful.
Some people I speak with aren't ready for this work yet. That's fine. I'd rather be honest than take on clients I can't serve well.
If we both sense alignment, we'll discuss which pathway makes sense and schedule your first session. The entire process from first contact to first session typically takes 1-2 weeks.

What should I include in my initial message?
Whatever feels relevant. What brought you to this site? What are you hoping for? What questions do you have? There's no right format—just be genuine.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. The initial 30-minute exploratory conversation is complimentary. It's as much for me to assess fit as it is for you.
Can I schedule sessions outside working hours?
Sometimes. I maintain boundaries around when I work, but I understand that transformation doesn't always happen on a convenient schedule. We can discuss flexibility during our initial conversation.
Do you work with people outside Singapore?
Yes. Most sessions happen virtually, so geographic location isn't limiting. Time zone differences occasionally require creativity in scheduling, but we make it work.
